From an early age, we need to take control of our financial destiny and secure our financial independence. Each of us need to engage in understanding and improving our financial position, where we are today and where we need to be in the future.
Yes, this can be scary, tedious and just plain hard work. We have so many other priorities going in our lives, work, relationships, children, family and the list goes on…. Where are you going to find the time, energy or head space to deal with one more thing?

The latest census gives no comfort for women and their financial position, our core earning decades from 25-54, there is still less than one in five of us earning above the average weekly wage and one in three having income around the equivalent of a single pension or below.
The math just doesn’t work, if you don’t have income, you won’t have super and you can’t access debt, invest in your own home or other investments.
